In Short

• Advising and supporting customers by phone, email and chat
• Order processing in the e-commerce system
• Processing returns
• Processing complaints
• System and data maintenance
• Support sales

Requirements

• Fluent in one Scandinavian language (Swedish, Danish or Norwegian) (C2) and English (C1).
• Minimum 1 year of customer support and sales experience.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Experience in managing high-value customer interactions.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and digital sales platforms.
