In Short

• Serve as the initial point of contact, delivering superior customer experience via phone, email, and (video) chat.
• Provide expert guidance on product-related topics and services.
• Communicate with transport service providers to ensure seamless delivery processes.
• Manage orders, returns, and complaints efficiently.
• Ensure smooth operations by regularly checking system processes.
• Keep records of core performance metrics to drive improvement initiatives.
• Proactively identify and implement process improvements.
• Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages on social media.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian (C1) and English (C1).
• Proven experience in customer support (minimum 2 years).
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Exceptional self-organization and time management skills.
• A commitment to continuous learning and process optimization.
• Solid IT skills and adaptability to new systems and tools.
