Overview

Delphix is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Engineer to join their team in the Eastern USA, playing a key role in customer satisfaction and success while leveraging technical skills in a collaborative environment.

In Short

  • Lead technical sales efforts for key accounts.
  • Conduct discovery on business objectives and challenges.
  • Position Delphix within customers' digital transformation journeys.
  • Customize presentations, demos, and POC trials.
  • Act as a liaison among customers and various Delphix teams.
  • Educate customers on Delphix's value proposition.
  • Collaborate with customers to improve deployment pipelines.
  • Partner with Sales and Field Services to create sales strategy.
  • Develop reusable technical assets for presales.
  • Reports to the Sales Engineering Director.

Requirements

  • Superior listening, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent time management and coordination skills.
  • Highly entrepreneurial with a drive to succeed.
  • Strong commitment to customer service and satisfaction.
  • Professional experience designing technology solutions.
  • 3+ years in DevOps/CICD/TDM, Cloud, or Database Technologies.
  • 5+ years in software technology sales or consulting.
  • Experience presenting to executives and technology teams.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools and cloud services a plus.
