Field Marketing Manager - Remote

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented Field Marketing Manager for the EMEA region to drive demand generation and build strong customer relationships through Percona-led events, campaigns and programs.

In Short

• Plan, coordinate, and execute small-scale, high-touch marketing events.
• Own end-to-end event logistics including venue selection and vendor management.
• Work closely with sales to align event strategy with pipeline goals.
• Develop and execute regional field marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Use ABM principles to target key decision-makers and high-value accounts.
• Build strong relationships with sales teams for effective follow-up.
• Measure event success by tracking engagement and ROI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts.
• Support thought leadership efforts through webinars and workshops.
• Ensure events communicate Percona’s value proposition effectively.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in field marketing or event marketing.
• Proven track record of planning and executing high-impact events.
• Experience in a regional marketing role, focusing on the EMEA.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative thinker with engaging event formats.
• Analytical mindset with experience measuring field marketing success.
• Familiarity with ABM strategies.
• Experience with marketing and sales platforms like HubSpot and Salesforce.
• Ability to travel as needed to support in-person events.
