The Relocation Coach - EMEA at PerchPeek is responsible for ensuring a high standard of customer experience throughout the relocation process, managing a portfolio of relocators and providing guidance on all aspects of their move.

In Short

• Manage a diverse portfolio of relocators.

Requirements

• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Knowledge of major cities in the MENA region.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple timelines and customer needs.
• Detail-oriented and resilient in challenging situations.
• Experience in Global Mobility or Relocation is preferred.
