In Short

• Contract position for a Career Coach based in Japan.
• Supports Relocation and Outplacement solutions.
• Works with employees and families to assist with integration and job search strategies.
• Part-time, approximately 5-10 hours per month.
• Utilizes IMPACT Group's technology and coaching methodology.
• Establishes rapport and motivates clients to achieve goals.
• Guides clients through coaching processes and milestone completion.
• Advises on career development and transition issues.
• Coaches on CV/resume writing and interviewing techniques.
• Maintains electronic service delivery records.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience in job search coaching.
• Experience with resume development and interview preparation.
• Strong verbal/written communication skills (bilingual in English and Japanese).
• Able to analyze and address transitional needs.
• Ability to foster positive relationships with clients.
• Understanding of business and cultural practices in Tokyo.
• Currently lives and/or works in Japan.
• Strong facilitation skills.
• High-speed internet connection required for remote work.
• Experience with job seekers of various professions.
