Overview

We are seeking a part-time career coach to support employees in their job search and relocation processes, utilizing IMPACT Group's technology and coaching methodology.

In Short

• Part-time remote position, approximately 15-20 hours per week.
• Work one-on-one with employees transitioning to new roles.
• Assist with job search strategies and career development.
• Provide coaching on resume writing and interviewing techniques.
• Help spouses/partners of relocating employees with job searches.
• Maintain electronic records of coaching sessions.
• Motivate clients to achieve their career goals.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Experience in virtual coaching is required.
• Knowledge of the Houston job market is preferred.

Requirements

• Minimum three years of experience in job search strategy/career coaching.
• Experience with resume development and personal branding.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Technology savvy with a reliable internet connection.
• Coaching certification is highly regarded.
