Job Search Strategist / Career Coach - Part-Time - Remote

In Short

• Part-time career coach position supporting relocation and outplacement solutions.
• Work with employees in a 1:1 capacity to aid in job searches.
• Utilize IMPACT Group's technology and coaching methodology.
• Support spouses/partners of relocating employees with job search.
• Approximately 15-20 hours per week, remote position.
• Establish rapport and motivate employees to achieve goals.
• Guide employees through coaching processes and milestone completion.
• Provide coaching on resume writing and interviewing techniques.
• Maintain electronic service delivery records for each employee.
• Monitor progress and consult with employees on job search skills.

Requirements

• Minimum three years of experience in job search strategy/career coaching.
• Experience with resume development and interview preparation.
• Knowledge of living and job searching in the Houston area.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with virtual coaching.
• Technology savvy with a high-speed internet connection.
