In Short

• We have an opening for a contract career coach based in Vancouver.
• Support our Relocation and Outplacement solutions.
• Assist employees who have been made redundant with job search strategies.
• Work in a 1:1 capacity with displaced employees.
• Use IMPACT Group's technology and coaching methodology.
• This is a part-time, contract, remote position.
• Approximately 20 to 30 hours per month.
• Establish rapport and motivate program participants.
• Guide participants through the coaching process.
• Monitor progress and consult on job search skills.

Requirements

• 5-7 years experience coaching in job search.
• Experience with resume/CV development and interview preparation.
• Strong verbal/written communication skills.
• Able to analyze and address transitional needs.
• Ability to engage with participants/clients.
• Understanding of business practices in Canada.
• Currently lives/works in Vancouver.
• High-speed internet connection required.
• Experience with job seekers of various professions.
