In Short

• We have an opening for a contract career coach based in Germany.
• Support our Relocation and Outplacement solutions.
• Assist employees who have been made redundant with job search strategies.
• Work in a 1:1 capacity with displaced employees.
• Part-time, contract, and remote position (20 to 30 hours per month).
• Establish rapport and motivate program participants.
• Guide participants through the coaching process.
• Advise on career development and transition issues.
• Maintain electronic service delivery records.
• Monitor progress and consult on job search skills.

Requirements

• 5-7 years experience coaching in job search.
• Experience with job seekers in Germany.
• Bilingual in English and German required.
• Able to analyze transitional needs.
• Ability to foster positive relationships with clients.
• Understanding of business practices in Germany.
• High-speed internet connection required.
• Experience with various professions and levels.
