In Short

• We have an opening for a contract career coach based in Singapore to support our Relocation and Outplacement solutions.
• The Coach works in a 1:1 capacity with displaced/outplaced employees.
• Assist employees with job search strategies after redundancy.
• Coaches on CV/resumé writing and effective marketing techniques.
• Maintains electronic service delivery records for each employee serviced.
• Monitors progress of program participants and consults on job search skills.
• Requires 30 to 40 hours of work per month.

Requirements

• 5-7 years experience coaching others in job search.
• Very strong verbal/written communication skills (bilingual Mandarin and English).
• Understanding of business and cultural practices within Singapore.
• High-speed internet connection and necessary equipment for remote work.
