In Short

• We have an opening for a contract career coach based in Finland to support our Relocation and Outplacement solutions.
• Support employees who have been made redundant by their organizations.
• Assist with job search strategies to help find new employment opportunities.
• Work in a 1:1 capacity with displaced employees using IMPACT Group's technology.
• This is a part-time, contract, and remote position, approximately 20 to 30 hours per month.
• Establish rapport with program participants and motivate them to achieve goals.
• Guide participants through coaching process and milestone completion.
• Advise on career development and transition issues.
• Maintain electronic service delivery records for each employee serviced.
• Monitor progress and consult on job search skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• 5-7 years experience coaching others in job search.
• Experience with resume/CV development and interview preparation.
• Very strong verbal/written communication skills (trilingual: Finnish, Swedish, English).
• Able to analyze and address transitional needs.
• Ability to engage and foster positive relationships with clients.
• Understanding of business and cultural practices within Finland.
• Currently lives and/or works in Finland.
• High-speed internet connection and headset required for remote work.
• Experience working with job seekers of various professions.
