In Short

• We have an opening for a contract career coach based in France to support our Relocation and Outplacement solutions.
• Assist employees and families with integration into the new area and job search strategies.
• Work in a 1:1 capacity using IMPACT Group's technology and coaching methodology.
• Part-time, contract position, approximately 40-50 hours per month.
• Establish rapport with employees and motivate them to achieve goals.
• Guide employees through coaching process and milestone completion.
• Advise on career development and transition issues.
• Coach on CV/resume writing and interviewing techniques.
• Maintain electronic service delivery records.
• Monitor progress and consult on job search skills.

Requirements

• 5-7 years experience coaching in job search.
• Strong skills in facilitation and business coaching.
• Experience working with job seekers in France.
• Bilingual in English and French required.
• Able to analyze transitional needs.
• Ability to foster positive relationships with clients.
• Understanding of business practices in France.
• Currently lives and/or works in France.
• Expat experience preferred.
• High-speed internet and headset required for remote work.
