In Short

• We have an opening for a contract career coach based in Ireland to support our Relocation and Outplacement solutions.
• Support employees who have been made redundant by their organizations.
• Assist with job search strategies to help find new employment opportunities.
• Work in a 1:1 capacity with Relocation participants and Outplacement employees.
• Use IMPACT Group's technology and coaching methodology.
• This is a part-time, contract, remote position, approximately 30-40 hours per month.
• Establish rapport with program participants and motivate them to achieve goals.
• Guide participants through coaching process and milestone completion.
• Advise on CV/resume writing, effective marketing techniques, and interviewing.
• Monitor progress of program participants and consult on job search skills.

Requirements

• At least 5-7 years experience coaching others in job search.
• Experience working with job seekers in Ireland.
• Very strong verbal/written communication skills.
• Able to analyze and address transitional needs.
• Ability to engage and foster positive relationships with participants.
• Understanding of business and cultural practices within Ireland.
• Currently lives and/or works in Ireland.
• Expat or a Repat experience.
• High-speed internet connection and personal computer required.
• Experience working with job seekers of various professions and levels.

Benefits
