Relocation Consultant - Remote

Overview

The Relocation Consultant acts as a liaison for clients during their moving process, ensuring a seamless experience and fostering long-term relationships.

In Short

• Serve as the primary contact for clients during their move.
• Build strong client relationships and provide personalized solutions.
• Manage client orders and resolve issues effectively.
• Engage with clients through various communication channels.
• Meet sales quotas and business objectives.
• Participate in company events and team meetings.
• Assist with process improvements and other market efforts.
• Be the subject matter expert for Connect Service.
• Work in a hybrid in-office and remote environment.
• Minimal travel may be required.

Requirements

• High School Diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's preferred.
• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• 1+ year of sales experience preferred.
• Experience in client-facing roles is a plus.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and CRM platforms.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Attention to detail and effective time management.
• Comfortable with data entry and cold calling.
• Understanding of Mac OSX and iPhone iOS.
