Overview

The Finance Assistant will support the finance operations at PerchPeek, ensuring timely and accurate processing of payments, invoicing, and reconciliations.

In Short

  • Fully remote role, open to candidates in UK and Western European time zones.
  • Support day-to-day finance operations including payment runs and invoicing.
  • Collaborate with the Finance Manager on various finance processes.
  • Maintain supplier records and assist in bookkeeping.
  • Prepare and send client invoices weekly.
  • Assist with accounts receivable and client communications.
  • Prepare cash reporting dashboards and assist in reconciliations.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of new finance processes.
  • Work with internal teams to provide finance support.
  • 3-4+ years of relevant finance experience required.

Requirements

  • Experience in finance support and AP/AR processes.
  • Familiarity with Xero and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Based in European time zones for collaboration.
