Finance Assistant - Remote

Overview

As Ably continues to scale, we’re expanding our small but dynamic Finance team by hiring a talented and proactive Finance Assistant. You’ll take ownership of the bookkeeping function, working closely with our Finance Manager, Senior Financial Analyst and VP of Finance. You’ll play a key role in maintaining accurate financial reports, ongoing control activities, and optimizing processes to help the Finance function scale efficiently.

In Short

• Oversee and manage bookkeeping.
• Handle invoicing and payments.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Finance Assistant, Bookkeeper or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with accounting software (e.g. Xero, QuickBooks, Sage).
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A proactive attitude.
