Finance Assistant - Remote

Overview

Spreetail is seeking a Finance Assistant to assist with the tracking, payments, and analysis within their Europe Platform Service division, focusing on generating detailed invoices and managing reporting while liaising with stakeholders.

In Short

• Work closely with the Outbound team to understand shipping costs and manage reporting.
• Collaborate with the Operations team on warehouse and personnel costs.
• Produce detailed invoices for service customers with supporting documents.
• Track invoice payments and ensure timely receipt from customers.
• Create weekly reports for management review.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills for liaising with departments and levels.
• Strong Excel skills including Pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
• Finance knowledge, comfortable with credit control or accounts receivable.
• Time management skills and attention to detail.
• Confident in working with various stakeholders.
