Finance Assistant - Remote

Overview

The Finance Assistant will support the Financial Director of two companies, engaging in various tasks and international relations.

In Short

• Analyze costs, margins, and results (EBIT) by activity.
• Define and monitor investment budgets.
• Participate in monthly financial reporting with the Financial Manager.
• Internal reporting of monthly revenues and preparation for the CSE.
• Contribute to the annual planning process.
• Occasional statistical reporting for specific client/article requests.
• Monitor subsidiary costs by activity.
• Participate in various ad-hoc projects at the site or group level.
• Manage EDI and ensure IT installations function properly.
• Ensure data security backups and compliance with cybersecurity standards.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Finance or equivalent from a business school.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a financial department within an international group.
• Proficiency in Excel and SAP.
• English proficiency at B2 level required.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
• Autonomy, rigor, and initiative are key to success in this role.
