The Finance Manager at PerchPeek will lead financial operations, manage a finance assistant, and drive process improvements in a high-growth startup environment.

• Fully remote role, open to candidates in UK and Western European time zones.
• Responsible for month-end close process and management accounts.
• Prepare statutory accounts for UK, US, and Indian entities.
• Manage compliance across direct and indirect tax filings.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Lead cash monitoring and maintain cash flow forecasts.
• Engage with product and operations teams for finance service enhancements.
• Collaborate on AI-first finance tech stack implementation.
• 5–7+ years of progressive finance experience required.
• Professional accounting qualification preferred but not required.

Requirements

• Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CPA) preferred.
• 5–7+ years of finance experience in fast-paced environments.
• Strong background in statutory accounting and compliance.
• Hands-on experience with treasury operations.
• Strong Excel and accounting platform knowledge.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage and develop team members.
• Exceptional project management capabilities.
