• Ensure timely and accurate monthly reporting with FP&A teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3 to 5+ years of experience in financial analysis and reporting.
• Ability to interpret complex data and drive strategic decision-making.
• Experience with financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to drive initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills to translate financial data into business narratives.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in MS PowerPoint.
• Experience using data visualization tools for financial storytelling.
