In Short

  • Conduct outbound prospecting, including cold calling, emailing, and social outreach to identify and qualify potential customers.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of leads by researching and targeting companies that could benefit from Percepto’s solutions.
  • Generate interest in Percepto’s autonomous drone-in-a-box and other solutions by educating prospects on the value of our technology.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to set up meetings and hand off qualified leads for further engagement.
  • Respond to, engage with, and qualify inbound leads and inquiries and work to achieve targets on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis.
  • Maintain and update accurate records of all prospecting activities and leads in CRM tools.
  • Work closely with Marketing to execute targeted outreach campaigns and gather insights on market trends and customer needs.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and product developments to effectively communicate the benefits of Percepto’s solutions.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and pipeline building.

Requirements

  • Experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in a B2B or technology environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone, email, and social media.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn about technology solutions, especially in drones and AI.
  • Ability to research, identify, and target potential business opportunities.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesloft) is a plus.
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate with a distributed sales team.
  • Strong analytical thinker.
  • Willingness to grow within the Sales organization and take on additional responsibilities.
