Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in system administration.
• Strong experience with JIRA administration and configuration.
• Knowledge of scripting languages (preferably Python).
• Experience with ERP (preferably Netsuite) and CRM (preferably HubSpot).
• Experience with API integrations and data mapping.
• Understanding of SQL and database management.
• Experience with cloud-based systems and integrations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
