Overview

The Director, IT Technology Instructor Development serves as a department lead within the IT Technology division of the IDQA team, responsible for overseeing the training, development, and quality assurance of instructional staff across all IT Technology courses.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of experience in IT or Cybersecurity.
• 8+ years of experience in instructor development or educational leadership.
• Proven expertise in managing teams and improving instructional performance.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.
• Strong technical proficiency in IT tools and learning technologies.
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and develop strategies.
• Strong organizational skills with experience managing training programs.
