Overview

The Payment Operations Officer at Pepperstone will ensure smooth, accurate, and timely responses to client and internal team queries while processing deposits and withdrawals, and supporting compliance efforts against money laundering and fraud.

In Short

• Responsible for processing deposits and withdrawals.
• Communicate with banks and payment providers.

• Conduct AML checks and monitor transactions.

• Handle chargeback disputes and maintain communication.
• Assist in payment provider reconciliation.

Requirements

• Experience in Payment Operations / Treasury / Custody is a strong advantage.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required; Portuguese is preferred.
• Schedule flexibility is necessary.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
