Overview

The Sales Operations Officer is responsible for developing customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty, ultimately improving customer lifetime value and reducing churn. This role acts as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring quick resolution of issues and optimizing customer experience.

Requirements
