Overview

The Customer Success Project Coordinator will support the Customer Success team by executing strategies, managing projects, and ensuring smooth operations while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of Project Management experience preferred.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Self-motivated and proactive.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Slides.
• Familiarity with Zoho, Intercom, Insided, and Hubspot is a plus.
