Overview

The Regional Video Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting the Northeast region by driving sales of advanced video security solutions.

In Short

  • Drive territory engagement through various promotional activities.
  • Partner with distributors, integrators, and end users to drive sales.
  • Assist partners with quotes, proposals, and troubleshooting.
  • Work cross-functionally with other departments.
  • Conduct weekly and quarterly reporting on sales pipelines.
  • Maintain best practices in CRM usage.
  • Travel extensively throughout the territory and occasionally within North America.
  • Exceed quota expectations in sales performance.
  • Demonstrate complex technical products confidently.
  • Lift objects up to 50 lbs. for equipment demonstrations.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in complex technical sales or 2+ years in Video Security/Access control sales.
  • Hunter mentality with a focus on growing new business.
  • Comfortable working through channels and directly with end users.
  • Working knowledge of CRMs, particularly Salesforce.
  • Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
