Impound Coordinator - Remote

Overview

The Impound Coordinator at Motorola Solutions is responsible for managing the recovery of assets and maintaining customer service through effective communication with clients and impound locations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
• Professional phone skills.
• Experience in collections, asset recovery, or skip tracing is beneficial.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using computers and Google Suite.
• Strong multi-tasking abilities.
• Experience with impound protocols and state requirements is a plus.
