• Place 100+ outbound calls to members and respond to inbound inquiries.
• Educate prospective members on Sword’s digital physical therapy services.
• Troubleshoot and assist members with enrollment.
• Provide concierge-level service to establish trust with members.
• Communicate the benefits and value of the service.
• Maintain accurate notes in the data system.
• Timely follow-up with members and team members.
• Meet personal and team targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 2 years of inside sales experience preferred.
• Experience in cold calling or call center preferred.
• Ability to navigate technology platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
