Import/Export Coordinator - Remote

Overview

The role involves managing imports and exports, coordinating warehouse dispatches, and generating inventory reports to ensure timely delivery to clients.

In Short

• Manage temporary and definitive exports, including cargo tracking and customs documentation.
• Assist in coordinating DHL and UPS imports and analyzing their metrics.
• Review dispatch guides and invoices for accuracy.
• Handle requests for permits related to restricted products.
• Review invoices from local providers.
• Analyze supplier KPIs according to ISO standards.
• Coordinate with Order Management for urgent shipments.
• Input data into Oracle system for incoming shipments.
• Coordinate annual evaluations of critical logistics suppliers.

Requirements

• University degree required in International Business Administration or related fields.
• 2 years of experience in foreign trade or related fields.
• Intermediate English written and reading skills.
• Knowledge of MS Office.
