Senior Manager, Host Acquisition & Onboarding - Remote

In Short

• Lead acquisition strategies and programmatic sales outreach campaigns.
• Manage a global team of onboarding agents and BPO relationships.
• Establish comprehensive listing quality protocols.
• Build scalable processes for new host activation.
• Use data analytics to identify and solve funnel bottlenecks.
• Track conversion rates and quality metrics throughout the acquisition journey.
• Partner with various teams to enhance new host experience.
• Provide regular reporting on acquisition and activation metrics.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in operations or customer acquisition.
• 3+ years of team management experience.
• Experience managing BPO relationships and remote teams.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract insights from data.
• Experience with SQL, Excel, Tableau, or other data analysis tools.
• Excellent project management abilities.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, or related field preferred.
