Virtual Sales Assistant - Remote

Overview

The Virtual Sales Assistant will serve as a behind-the-scenes extension of the Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Account Executives (AEs), ensuring all sales operations run seamlessly while freeing the sales team to focus on closing deals.

In Short

• Fully Remote position, must overlap with US (ET) hours.
• Full-time, Independent Contractor role.
• Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM ET.
• Manage outbound email sequences and track deals through the funnel.
• Maintain CRM accuracy and prepare polished sales materials.
• Support SDR sequences and manage templates.
• Track campaign performance and flag underperformance.
• Organize outreach lists and monitor contacts.
• Manage inboxes for AEs and ensure timely responses.
• Coordinate handoffs until client onboarding is complete.

Requirements

• Strong written communication skills for drafting sales emails.
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Hubspot.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Attention to detail to ensure zero errors in communications.
• Analytical skills to track and report on campaign performance.
• Familiarity with sales processes and operations.
• Proactive approach to managing tasks and responsibilities.
• Experience in a fast-paced, lean environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Understanding of financial services or fintech is a plus.
