In Short

• Build and maintain relationships with realtors, insurance agents, and clients.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and Go-High-Level CRM follow-ups.
• Promote inspection services and special offers to real estate offices.
• Assist clients in booking inspection appointments.
• Ensure inspectors’ schedules are optimized.
• Confirm appointments and follow up with agents, clients, and Home Owners Associations.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, or CRM.
• Provide clear explanations of services, including 4-Point and Wind Mitigation inspections.
• Maintain accurate client records in the CRM.
• Provide weekly sales and pipeline reports to management.

Requirements

• Experience in sales and client relationship management.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, preferably GoHighLevel.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Customer service orientation.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
