Overview

The Support Specialist plays a key role in delivering responsive, high-quality assistance across both front and back office operations in a remote setting.

In Short

  • Handle clinic inquiries and resolve Zendesk tickets.
  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to scheduling and platform access.
  • Proactive communication and escalation of complex concerns.

  • Work a rotating 7-day schedule.
  • At least two years of support experience, preferably in healthcare or tech.
  • Tech-savvy and personable.
  • Manage clinic calls and assist with technical issues.
  • Identify recurring issues for knowledge base updates.
  • Cross-train on various verticals including Rx and tech.

Requirements

  • Minimum two years of support experience.
  • Experience in healthcare or technology preferred.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a remote environment.
  • Flexibility to work a 7-day rotating schedule.
  • Tech-savvy with troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience with Zendesk is a plus.
  • Personable and able to handle customer inquiries effectively.
  • Ability to escalate complex issues appropriately.
  • Willingness to collaborate with teams.
