Overview

We’re seeking a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to join a fast-growing AI-driven HealthTech startup that’s redefining pharmacy automation.

• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday | 40 hours
• Collaborate with founders to design, build, and scale AI infrastructure.
• Involve in backend systems, LLM integrations, and frontend product delivery.
• Build AI-powered workflows for pharmacy operations.
• Ensure HIPAA-compliant infrastructure and data integrity.
• Develop modern, responsive UIs with frameworks like React.
• Contribute to long-term technical roadmap and architecture decisions.
• Mentor new engineers as the team scales.

Requirements

• Expertise in Python and React.
• Experience with AI systems and LLMs.
• Strong backend engineering skills, especially with Postgres.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of HIPAA compliance.
• Ability to build APIs ensuring performance and security.
• Experience in frontend development and user experience design.
