The Scrum Project Manager will drive operational excellence across the content production pipeline, ensuring efficient delivery of high-quality content for clients.

• Fully remote position.
• Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM EST; 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM EST.
• Independent Contractor, Full-time role.
• Manage resource allocation across multiple client accounts.
• Create and maintain project timelines.
• Identify bottlenecks in content production.
• Coordinate with account managers for clear communication.
• Support the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Utilize project management tools for enhanced collaboration.
• Onboarding includes shadowing existing PMs and co-managing accounts.
