Overview

The Scrum Master/Project Manager will guide and empower teams to create value for the business and patients, facilitating project delivery through Agile or Waterfall methodologies.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Senior Project Manager and Scrum Master.
• Ability to tailor project approaches to business needs.
• Experience with software development.
• Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts.
• Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks.
• Excellent communication and servant leadership skills.
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Outstanding organizational skills.
• Degree in Computer Science, Business or similar field.
• Scrum master certification is a plus.
