The Homecare Scheduler ensures seamless client care by efficiently managing and coordinating caregiver schedules to match each individual client’s needs. This role serves as a vital link between clients, caregivers, and the agency, maintaining strong communication and resolving scheduling conflicts promptly.

In Short

  • Full-time position with a remote work arrangement.
  • Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Time (ET).
  • Manage caregiver schedules based on client needs.
  • Adjust schedules for emergencies and last-minute absences.
  • Communicate schedule changes and maintain strong relationships.
  • Keep financial records updated in QuickBooks.
  • Manage accounts payable and verify caregiver timesheets.
  • Ensure timely invoicing and payment collection.
  • Onboard new clients into the scheduling system.
  • Work with a team committed to quality home care services.

Requirements

  • Experience in scheduling and client management.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar financial software.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
  • Experience in a home care or healthcare environment is a plus.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
