Overview

The Customer Support Representative will serve as a key player in the company's client success journey, providing responsive and knowledgeable support across its CRM + AMS platform.

In Short

  • Fully remote work arrangement with overlap with EST working hours.
  • Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST.
  • Open only to candidates based in Argentina.
  • Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve client issues via Salesforce, email, and chat.
  • Provide Salesforce-admin-level troubleshooting support.
  • Educate clients on best practices for using the company's platform.
  • Document issues clearly and update internal knowledge bases.
  • Identify support trends and collaborate with Product and Engineering.
  • Maintain communication with Customer Success Managers and Account Executives.
  • Complete onboarding and begin handling low-complexity tickets independently.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer support, preferably with Salesforce.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts.
  • Empathy, patience, and clarity in customer interactions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on operational excellence.
