The Tech Operations Specialist will serve as the systems owner, integrator, and optimization lead across all platforms powering the business, managing and refining our tech stack to support hiring, onboarding, and sales operations.

In Short

Independent Contractor, Full-time.
Manage and optimize tech stack including CRM and HR tools.
Work cross-functionally with leadership, HR, sales, and recruiting.
Own admin setup and user support across key platforms.
Build and manage CRM workflows and automation rules.
Troubleshoot user issues and execute system updates.
Document platform usage SOPs and train internal users.
Research and recommend new tools as the business scales.
Thrive in no-code/low-code environments.

Requirements

Experience with CRM and ATS systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and collaboration tools.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Experience with automation tools like Zapier.
Ability to document and train users on new tools.
Experience in a remote work environment.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Knowledge of compliance and tech hygiene.
Experience in high-performance teams is a plus.
