Case Manager (Remote)

Overview

As a Case Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for clients and their law firms, managing incoming applications and guiding clients through the funding process.

• Full-Time job, 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday.
• Oversee a pipeline of incoming pre-settlement funding applications.
• Communicate with clients, attorneys, and medical providers.
• Provide guidance throughout the funding process.
• Analyze legal documents such as police reports and medical records.
• Ensure accuracy of law firm submissions.
• Maintain CRM accuracy with timely updates.
• Monitor progress of applications and prioritize cases.
