In Short

  • Seeking a Southeast-based Customer Success Director.
  • Engage with physician practices and large health systems.
  • Drive performance of Pearl’s Primary Care Provider clients.
  • Enable fluency in value-based care programs.
  • Lead client satisfaction activities.
  • Develop strategies for superior VBC performance.
  • Initially manage a small number of high-profile customers.
  • Accountable for contract renewals.
  • Some travel required (up to 25%).
  • Work in a remote position with in-person engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 5-7 years of experience in Customer Success or related fields.
  • Experience with health systems as a technology vendor.
  • Ability to interpret CRM analytics and outcomes measurements.
  • Experience in achieving re-sell and up-sell requirements.
  • Strong presentation skills to clinical and executive leadership.
  • Track record of scaling teams or functions.
  • Passionate about improving provider relationships.
  • Willingness to travel for face-to-face meetings.
