In Short

• Lead critical sales and contracting operations.
• Own and evolve the end-to-end contract operations process.
• Manage contract drafting, redlining, and execution.
• Optimize contracting platforms, preferably with Ironclad.
• Define and track contract lifecycle KPIs.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align workflows.
• Drive data analysis to inform process improvements.
• Support efforts to streamline deal processes.
• Design scalable quota-setting frameworks.
• Guide targeting strategies using data assets.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of experience in growth or revenue operations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects.
• Strong experience in contract operations and CLM platforms.
• Proven track record of improving data flows between systems.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and proposing solutions.
• Analytical mindset with effective communication skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in healthcare and/or Medicare is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

• Competitive salary range of $125,000 - $165,000 per year.
