• Work directly with the Talent Acquisition Manager to understand job requirements.
• Source candidates using various platforms and recommend creative sourcing methods.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates while preparing them for interviews.
• Assist with the hiring process and onboarding for new hires.
• Continuously suggest improvements for Talent Acquisition processes.
• Stay updated with industry trends relevant to recruitment.

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Clear phone lines and no background noise for interviews.
• Confidence in communicating with diverse cultures.
• Passion for recruiting and a results-driven mindset.
• Reliability and flexibility with scheduling.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Dropbox.
• Recruiting experience preferred.
• Patience and persistence in recruitment efforts.
