Peak Support is looking for talented Customer Service Associates to join our team in the Philippines as Benefits & Verification Specialist and Patient Care Coordinator. This role is crucial in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring revenue integrity.

  • Experience with insurance eligibility and benefits verification.
  • Prior authorization experience is required.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional follow-through abilities.
  • Experience with payer portals and EMRs.
  • Ability to manage high-volume workflows.
