In Short

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously (2-5).
• Lead requirement gathering from user departments.
• Evaluate project priorities based on dependencies and importance.
• Work on projects related to merchant management, customer management, and customer service.
• Report development status and project risks to user departments.
• Collaborate with development engineers (no coding required).
• Implement improvement activities with the development department.

Requirements

• Experience in project management for internal systems or small to medium-sized development projects.
• Experience in web application development from the requirements definition stage.
• Business-level Japanese language skills.
