HR Generalist (Temporary) - Remote

Overview

This is a temporary HR Generalist role providing full support during an employee’s leave of absence, focusing on daily operations, benefits administration, compliance audits, and employee lifecycle management.

• Manage day-to-day HR processes using systems such as Hi Bob and ADP.
• Administer employee benefits programs and coordinate with external brokers.
• Oversee background screening processes for new hires.
• Lead the onboarding process for new employees.
• Coordinate off-boarding procedures and manage immigration processes.
• Assist with internal and external audits.
• Provide personal touches to employee relations initiatives.
• Ensure accurate employee records and data integrity.
• Support health benefits enrollment and inquiries.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in HR operations.
• Proficient in HRIS systems (e.g., ADP) and familiar with Hi Bob.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing deadlines.
• Working knowledge of immigration processes is a plus.
