Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a Regulatory Compliance role within an EMI environment.
• Strong understanding of the UK financial regulatory environment and FCA rules.
• Expertise in the FCA Handbook relevant to EMIs and payment services.
• Knowledge of UK AML/CTF regulations and financial crime risks.
• Ability to prepare and submit regulatory reports accurately and timely.
• Solid grasp of UK GDPR and data protection legislation.
• Language skills in Russian or Ukrainian are beneficial.
