Regulatory Compliance Specialist - Remote

Overview

Arcadis is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Specialist to join our North America Product Stewardship & Sustainability team. This full-time position will support product compliance, regulatory compliance, auditing, management systems, and product sustainability projects.

In Short

• Evaluate product regulatory compliance, including environmental and transportation regulations.
• Conduct risk assessments for chemical and automotive industry standards.
• Manage small projects and communicate compliance findings to stakeholders.
• Support the creation of safety data sheets and product labels.
• Create presentations and support the design and implementation of effective training programs.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in product stewardship or chemical/materials regulatory compliance.
• BS in Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Knowledge of U.S. compliance regulations (TSCA, FIFRA, FHSA, California Proposition 65) and automotive industry standards.
• Experience with hazard classifications (UN GHS, US OSHA).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
